We have been headquartered out of Clackamas for over 52 years.  Much of our work is improving sewer and water systems in local municipalities.  For over five decades we have been building and maintaining solid working relationships with clients and associates across the Pacific Northwest.  A lot has changed since 1965 and the construction industry is no exception.   K & R Plumbing has continued to improve processes and maintained a level of excellence and dependability our customers and associates can depend on.

We want to thank you for going above-and-beyond in making our sewer line replacement a success!  We very much appreciate your responsiveness to our concerns about preserving any artifacts that might be present in the alley, as well as protecting the aged apple tree. 
The K&R team, were all very helpful in coordinating their work with us—meeting with us on the site ahead of time, providing updates on their timeline, separating the top layer of gravel from the parent soil to be preserved, and securing that soil at the end of the project.  They accommodated our observation of the work, and were very open to the monitoring activities of the arborist and of the archeologist.  They were great communicators, and took the time to explain what was occurring as the project proceeded, and readily answered any questions we had.  We also appreciated the information provided by Public Works staff, as K&R encountered some surprises.
K&R was considerate of the neighborhood, always leaving the alley passable at night, contacting residents when needed (such as for a temporary unanticipated fence removal), and leaving the alley in good condition upon completion.  We all appreciate the additional cleanouts at the junctures of the laterals with the main line, especially given the low slope of the line.
